We don't guess where the need is; we partner with the chefs and community leaders already running kitchens in the heart of Gaza. Every project we support is rigorously vetted to ensure they have the trust of their neighbours and the capacity to serve meals with dignity.
We mobilise the international food community
Through a global network of chefs, activists, and donors, we raise the vital funds needed to keep the stoves burning. We connect international supporters directly to the frontline providers who are bypassing traditional aid bottlenecks.

FAQs
Where does my money go?
100% of donations go directly to community-led kitchens across Gaza, minus only the unavoidable transfer fees required to get money into Gaza safely. No administrative costs are deducted. We transparently share all transferred amounts and receipts right here on this website.
Are transfers safe?
We work exclusively with local organisations recommended by trusted Palestinian networks and established solidarity groups. While we cannot provide 100% guarantees in an active conflict zone, we believe in trust-based solidarity. We prioritise established community relationships over bureaucratic oversight.
Do you only fund food?
No. While food and water is our primary focus, we also support other basic needs, eSim Cards, essential medicines and medical supplies. We trust local organisers to determine the most urgent needs in their communities.
Who's behind the Gaza Food Project?
We're run entirely by volunteers operating with the organisational support of the Global Solidarity Foundation, a registered non-profit in Switzerland. Our team includes activists, designers, and organisers committed to Palestinian liberation.
Is it really 100% of my donation?
100% after transfer fees. We cover all operational costs through separate fundraising, ensuring every donation goes directly to communities in Gaza. We transparently share all transferred amounts and receipts right here on this website.
Can I track my impact?
We provide regular updates on total funds raised, number of kitchens supported, and stories from communities (when safely shareable). If you start a fundraiser you'll also be able to track donations generated through your fundraising and poster distribution efforts.
How can I make the biggest difference?
Start a fundraiser, distribute posters in your area and share this campaign on social media and within your trusted Palestinian networks. While individual donations matter, recruiting new donors through poster campaigns and fundarisers multiplies impact exponentially.
